The KIOTI DK5510 belongs to the DK10 series, which includes DK4510 and DK5010 models. These series are ideal for comfort, rugged performance, and safety.
They feature power steering, correctly positioned controls, and removable engine panels.
Mahindra 4550, on the other hand, belongs to the 4500 Series. This series offers operators comfort and simplicity and reduces complexity.
However, their main power is the famous Mahindra mCRD engines that go with the FT4 emissions, DEF and PDF.

When we said Mahindra and KIOTI are similar, we meant it. Technically, they are almost the same tractors. However, some differences exist in strength, purpose, dimensions, and other benefits. So once you start looking closely, they don’t seem too similar anymore.
The KIOTI’s proportions are 124.8×62.8×32 inches, while Mahindra’s are 127/62.8×93.7 inches.

5. The Transmission and PTO
KIOTI DK5510 offers a Synchro Shuttle transmission type, giving you eight forward and eight reverse speeds.
The transmission is operated manually, but the tractor uses an independent PTO HP of 49.6 at 540 RPM.
While Mahindra uses position and drift control only as a tiller, KIOTI connects various implements. It is a key factor when working on different farm projects.
